Look out Beaverton, The Bug is Back!
Took an incredibly long bus ride, but I was able to bus out to Estacada and pick up my Volkswagen. It's mostly repaired, needs to have new tie-rods put on, but it's back in getting me to work service. Good to have the car back. -
Getting back to updating.
Last night I went to the central precinct committee meeting for the democratic party of Washington county. I spoke when Trent Lutz had spoken his piece and had implored us to get active. Yesterday, I turned in the keys to my apartment at The Rex Arms. Why? The agency that ran the so-called affordable housing there had instituted an Addendum to the rental agreement, which you had to sign on pain of eviction, that All residents would Remove All Clutter. Reach Annoyances.
I am now looking for a new place to live. It seems that Reach CDC has become too full of rules to follow to live here. I will not go into which rules for fear of lawsuit or other penalty, but suffice to say I am now looking for a new place to live where I can have my Cat. hopefully closer to work. -
