I could not agree with you more. I didn't bother commenting over there, because I would just go crazy on people and get all worked up. I did, however, read the comments, and people are just fucking sick. Anybody who could possibly think that that is okay is just crazy.

i think it's even worse when they try to justify it by saying "mine isn't as bad as some of the other stuff" or "there's fan fiction about everyone you should see the harry potter stories"

very few of them are taking responsibility for writing what they do, least of all acknowledging that's it's not right and it's not out of love that they do it it's out of boredom or mental illness. i'll be sure to not talk to anyone i saw in there defending that kind of crap.

well the community i personally belong to is pretty much normal, save for the scatterings of OMG GERARD IS SOOOOO FUCKING HAWTTT, but there was a mention of these "slash" communities... and basically what they are is fan fiction based journals about people fucking.

the mychemicalslash is about the band my chemical romance and there are stories in there about the brothers (gerard and mikey) having sex with each other. it's nasty.

so yeah it is disgusting, and i know exactly what you mean lol
