Need it. Take them from NJ to LA, in a car (it's about 2900 miles). Wacky hijinks ensue. Stephane trying to hug random cowboys, Johnny getting speeding tickets because Stephane won't.. ahem.. leave him alone while he drives, hot backseat! sex, bad motels, fangirls, and stops at random zoos to make flappy hands at zebras...

For the "Johnny/Stephane Road Trip" prompt. This part isn't quite wacky hijinks, but there will be many parts to this and the tone will vary pretty wildly from one part to the next, so I hope that's okay with the OP

"Okay," Johnny said, "according to Google maps it's a bit less than 3000 miles from here to Los Angeles. It'll take us almost two whole days to get there if we drive straight through, but obviously we have to stop to sleep sometime so, even if we drive from sun up to sundown it'll take well over three. If we make all the stops you want," he said, picking up a stack of brochures and maps and flipped through them, "it could take weeks." He twisted around to look up at Stephane, who stood behind the sofa, leaning over Johnny to study the map on the laptop screen. "If we flew to LA it'd take a few hours and we could lay around the beach for as long as we wanted. We can do all these things later," he added, waving the stack around

They drove by his old house because Stephane wanted to see it, but Johnny didn't want to stop. He didn't think that anyone's hospitality would extend to yet another unannounced visit just to hang out and look around. Besides, it was getting late and they needed to think about finding somewhere to eat and stay for the night. He was just about to suggest it when he saw his old middle school
