Johnny has always felt awkward about being in other people’s bedrooms for a reason other than just being fucked senseless. He’s always thought it’s like he’s intruding on someone’s life, their deepest hopes and thoughts, just by seeing where they sleep at night. It’s almost an invasion of their privacy, even if their closet is closed up with all the skeletons inside and their diaries locked and hidden away in the sock drawer

Johnny laughs and curls up on his side, resting his head on Stéphane’s shoulder and tangling their legs together where they hang off the edge of the bed. “This is a very small bed

Johnny exhales heavily when he feels Stéphane’s tongue against his own. The man’s mouth can be positively sinful, he remembers as Stéphane flips them again so Johnny is sprawled on his back, legs still hanging off the edge of the bed, with Stéphane on top of him rolling his hips

Stéphane’s face lights up. “You.” His mouth opens and closes like he’s trying to find the right words, but he eventually gives up and attacks Johnny’s mouth with his own again, kissing him fiercely. “I love you so much,” he breathes, finally tearing himself away so he can tug at the other man’s pants

Stéphane tickles him harder. “Excuser!”

“Shit, I’m sorry!” he yelps.

“For what?” Stéphane prompts him.

Johnny opens his mouth to reply, but at that moment there is another creak and the bed lurches to the side.

“Oh, my.” Stéphane looks like he’s either about to laugh hysterically or start crying. “This does not usually happen.”

“Um, sorry for breaking your bed?” Johnny offers with a smile.

Stéphane is speechless for a moment before he starts laughing helplessly again. “How can I sleep here knowing that this bed could collapse under me at any second?”

“We’ll have to test its remaining structural integrity,” Johnny suggests with a wicked grin.

Maybe other people’s bedrooms aren’t as bad as he thought.

THIS IS TERRIFYINGLY ADORABLE. I love the dynamic of their relationship, how it's teasing but also sexy, and gives a sense of how much they love each other. (The part where Johnny told Stéphane it was a pity! That was wonderful, oh man.)Although I'm not going to lie, I really want to see them test out the bed...
