on leno last night apolo talked about how before the olympics, he did super intense training with no phone, internet, etc. this gave me the idea for two (very different) prompts:

1) apolo bans sex until after the olympics to better get in his "zone". JR thinks this is the stupidest idea he's ever heard, mainly because he's going insane with lust.

2) after all the time/effort/soul he put into training for the olympics, apolo is disappointed with his performance. he tries to keep a game face on, but he wanted the gold so badly and he feels like he just isn't good enough anymore. pair that with the fact that he isolated himself so much that now he's just plain lonely. mainly I want sad, vulnerable apolo and someone (preferably JR) noticing this and comforting him.
