Idek, it could be some AU where its natural for guys to be preggo IDK I JUST NEED THIS OKAY.

Johnny/Stephan, past Johnny/Evan

So Johnny and Evan are in this secret relationship thing and Johnny ends up preggo by accident. BUT Evan is so douchy and stuck on his ~public image that he decides to leave Johnny to deal with it alone and begs Johnny not to out that its his kid. Lots of Angsty!Johnny. THEN, Cue Stephane swinging in very Prince Charming like and saving the day to be the step-baby daddy and him and Johnny fall in ~love.

Can have asshole-doesn't-give-a-fuck!Evan or super-regretful-of-lost-love-angsty!Evan. Up to writer anon.
