Figure Skating AU - Johnny Weir skates for Switzerland (maybe he's Swiss, maybe he just grew up there because Patti has a job there, IDK). He's skating in a country which appreciates his artistry and style, and Stéphane Lambiel now has competition for the top (and the full support of his country) rather than reigning supreme for a decade. They're both vying for Olympic glory. And... go.

Ohhhh, intriguing! I wonder how it would change Johnny and Stéphane's relationship for them to be in direct competition all the time. Possibly not at all, possibly a lot? Actually, I'd like to see a bitchy Stéphane here, since there are all those rumours about how he's not as sunshiny as he seems all the time, but it's not like we ever get to see that.
