3) You are a poor judge of volume displacement. The amount of volume a typical turd displaces really is about 1/3 of what you typically urinate with a full bladder. Urinating 24 ozs is a good pee, go look at a 24 oz container and see how much crap it would take to fill every last ounce of space. The cylindrical nature of poop makes it look bigger in volume than it actually is. I bet a bunch of containers could be constructed in various shapes which would COMPLETELY fool you as to how much volume they contain.
I'd say you're over judging the volume of piss. The human bladder only holds around 600 cubic centimetres of urine when fully distended; the urge to urinate occurs at around 200. Average morning volume is under a pound. As for turds, if they sink and aren't particularly porous then they weigh the same as piss.
The only possible thing I can see is the scale having a bias toward the toes. Your posture or centre of gravity may be different after going. But your claim in (3) that multiple weighings were done and the generous assumption that you're not an idiot probably negate this.

my guess:
the added waste in urine has enough mass to add substantial weight to your fluid intake. you tested this by consuming a set volume of water and then measuring the mass of a similar volume or urine while weighing yourself at each step. there could be a small amount of error due to perspiration (depends on how long it takes you to urinate after consuming the water).
