So, largely for my sanity, how about a costume update? Photobucket's being a bitch so I'm trying out my little used livejournal scrapbook. We'll see how that goes.
First: Toph's Fire Nation outfit. Needed by 10/22 for GMX. 75% done.
Need to finish tiara, make shoes, pin for back of long sashes, and arm bands, fix wig.
Second: KK from Freakangels. Needed by 10/23 for GMX. 80% done.
Need to stencil jacket, put ribbon on bodice, and attach tubes.
Third: Bruce Dickinson, Brave New World era. Needed by 10/26 for Scaryoke. 40% done.
Need to cut sleeves off jacket and fade it with bleach then color pocket flaps and collar, get patches, bleach out pants, and figure out hair.
Fourth: Rachel Maddow. Needed by 10/31 for Halloween. 90% done.
Need to print out graphs, borrow belt buckle, and figure out hair.
So, in all, about 70% done with my October costuming.
I suppose I should get back to work.
