I'm now collecting unemployment benefits from the State of Oregon, which means I must actively look for work. So, for this week, I'll start by asking if anyone knows of any good jobs in the Portland or Philadelphia area. If so, please respond. Thank you!

Sweet Chase, I'll have to check them out. Just so I don't sound like an idiot, how do you pronounce your last name? Is it Mid-aw or Mid-oh? Or something else entirely? Thanks.

Go and walk down to the closest Burger King and tell them you'd like a job. It's instant, just like that. Stop taking state money.

Pathetic is picking on unemployed workers because your political philosophy doesn't allow for unemployment to be the cause of anything but lack of individual initiative.

I can't think of a much better use for "state" money than helping the unemployed while they are seeking work in their profession that pays a decent wage (i.e. not Burger King). If you think using state resources is "pathetic," you'd better stop driving on the freeway and visiting public parks.
