What's the punishment for refusing the deities' 'requests'?

I'm not sure whether that's been announced or not, actually.

I didn't think so, either. There doesn't seem to have been any official notice.

D'you reckon there'd be some sort of consequence if you can't do what they want? Say this sugar nonsense doesn't apply to you.

If you don't have an enemy within the city walls, let's say?

I haven't heard of anyone who's refused before.

If they were planning to refuse I doubt they'd announce it publicly.

I meant... I haven't heard of anyone talking about the consequences. It seems like they'd say something if something like that happened.

You'd think they would. Or maybe they're banking too much on the idea that people here will follow them.

Are you sure it's wise to question them?

It's a simple enough question, really.

They don't seem the type to answer any question simply though.

I suppose it was worth a try.

I thought perhaps one of them would take pity on me for once tending to her drinks.

LOL WRONG REPLY WINDOW. ANYWAYS. wintersking January 12 2009, 00:22:13 UTC
I think that might be a little bit too much wishful thinking.

And I'd like to hear that story if you don't mind.

But she liked me, I think.

Well I didn't come here with Destrier, the first time. And I very much needed a horse, preferably my horse.

It's a strange request for a deity to make, anyways.

Oh. At least it was only pouring drinks- and you seem to like doing that anyways.

The way the deities talk about it, it sounds much worse than anything else.

wintersking January 12 2009, 00:24:49 UTC
Worse than the curses, d'you think?

They cause the curses don't they? I think that those are pretty bad. I don't want to think about what they would do if there was a focus. Rather than just everyone.

I haven't been here for the brunt of the curses, anyways. But I'll take your word for it.

Are you going to do it, Su?
