Poor Winterswan! You really looked wiped out at the party. Feel better soon!!!!
If the "avoid sun" antibiotic you're taking is the same one I took for Lyme disease, I recommend taking it seriously! I went out in the sun for maybe 1 hour tops with SPF 50 sunblock slathered on and got a medium-bad burn while on that stuff. And another time I was out in the sun for just about 20 minutes and started to burn. So be careful!
Of course you're still running around like a nut... sigh. :) <3
Do take a bit of time to listen to your body; sleeping way too much really is good for it under the circumstances. And yeah, skip the working out, just do a little stretching here & there to try and stay more loosened up.
And yeah, beware the sun as best you can. :) But I'm unusually sun-sensitive AND on a medication that exaggerates that, so while I don't want to encourage you to be sloppy on this front, a bit of common sense can take you a long long way. Also sunscreen, natch (Neutrogena has a non-slimy face&everywhere-else one that is 85 SPF, try that).
Sad that I cannot see you this weekend!!! Happy that you invited me! Happy that you are being able to hear, and are generally on the road towards better! Happy that you're getting to see people and have fun (EVEN THO I emphasize that you need to make a bit more room for nap time :) <3)!
