Oh yum!! Sounds good! I'll have to try out Craftsteak. I'm so glad you enjoyed Nobu, I really loved it there (pretty much everything but the sushi was faboo).
Sounds like everything else is going well, if a little breakneck paced :)
Mark especially loved a wasabi tuna tartare and I absolutely loved the Alaskan Halibut (I think) with miso glaze. I could have eaten an entire fish of that! The molten chocolate dessert was also just about to die for. It was wonderful.
As to Craftsteak, we left it up to our server to choose everything, but the most awesome thing I had was this sweet corn side. I don't know how to describe it, but it was amazing. The mashed potatoes were very good, but not extraordinary. And the risotto was tasty, but not something I would necessary come back for on their own. The rolls are really really good and I could have definitely filled up on those. For the first course, I really liked the wood grilled prawns best. But the heirloom tomatoes were perfectly ripe and the Caesar salad was nice and bright. Our fourth was fresh mozzarella with a sweet pepper salsa which was my fault for not telling them I was intolerant of peppers, but Mark seemed to like it. Mmmmmm.... yumm!
