Hung out with Scruffy last night. I now have a favorite sushi place, Sushi Land. It was so good that it left me not wanting to eat anything for the rest of the evening. I didn't want to ruin or taint the memory of those delicious foods.

Which SushiLand store? There's one in Redmond, one in Bellevue, one in Seattle Center (lower Queen Anne) and a couple more I can't recall the locations for off the top of my head. I've eaten at the three I mentioned on several occasions and by far I prefer the one in Seattle Center - they have fresher food, better chefs and more variety. The Bellevue one is pretty good too, but the one here in Redmond where I live kinda sucks compared.

I went over to the one right next to southcenter. That's the only one I've been to so far so I don't have anything I can say in the way of comparisons.

Ah yes, that's right next to where I work. =) That's a relatively new store, newer than the Redmond Sushiland, I think. Glad it was good, I'll hafta remember to try the South Center one after work or at lunch one of these days. =)

I'm definitely envious of all the good sushi places in the Seattle area.

One of the nice things being in a city with a good Asian population is all the wonderful foods like sushi.

From Portland to Seattle, I Love Sushi Land. I'd eat there all the time if I could but alas, my boy doesn't like sushi.

Good to know! I'm going to have do some research and try some more locations. ^_^
