New note to self: Pay more attention to what is going on around you. There are those that are interested and sending little hints that they would like to get to know me more intimately. So work on being more observant. Thanks.

Hehehehe. =) I hate it when people don't take hints, and I also hate having to be overly obtuse about things. It's hard to balance good consentualist morals and the law versus wanting to touch/pleasure/enjoy someone and throw caution to the wind. Anyway, good luck with your intimate exploits. ;)

Well, that's the real issue: hitting people over the head with it is often rather shocking or just downright rude, and people rarely take it the right way. Now granted, some folks find that to be even MORE of a turn-on to be hit over the head like that, but I've never been able to tell those people apart from the 'proper' folks for whom it would have the opposite effect. =D So yeah, it's kinda tricky. If I'm really comfortable with someone and the little clues aren't working, I'll take bigger steps or make bigger, bolder moves, but a lot of folks I have an interest in I'm not -that- kind of comfortable with.

Then there's the people who you come right out and tell that you're interested in them, and then they sort of lead you on, but never cut to the chase... =P Ugh, frustrating. I wish dating or even just FWB was easier and more folks were just honest and open. ;D

Heh, I have similar issues. One person was flirting with me for like a year before I found out (a mutual friend had to point it out to me).

One thing that I'm finding helpful is that I get info like that right away so I can do something about it. And learn in future. :3

Heh, I had someone interested and leaving open implications for like 4-6 months before I picked up on it (and only then because I read something i wasn't supposed to have been able to see on his LJ)

I'm just as clueless.
