I was able to recover my external when I got back to MD. And I believe I was only able to do that because we went back there.

You also have to include my cell phone breaking.
Your car occasionally loosing the light where d/r/n/etc is.
My Camera's LCD screen crapping out.

I'm sure there's a few other electronic issues I forgot, but those are all important.
