Christmas stuff in stores already! NOOOOOOO!!!!!

Well, it looks like I may have something called Persistent Cough Syndrome, which was explained as the tissue in the upper respiratory tract being irritated. Not quite like bronchitis, but close to it. So I'm now on a steroid inhaler to quite it down. She told me that if this works, I should be able ( Read more... )

For asthma patients, it's called "post broncial syndrome." I first developed it after I had bronchitis in Nov. 2002. I didn't stop coughing until nearly April.

I get it each time I have a bad cold. However, I try not to use my rescue inhaler too much, as it tends to give me heart palpatations if used more than 2-3 times in a 7 day period. Steam helps my lungs.

Hope you feel better soon. PBS is no fun, and people don't seem to understand that you CAN'T stop coughing, no matter how much you want to :-(
