One week from today, I will be in Fort Wayne. In the snow. I miss having that crisp white blanket over everything sometimes, though I think a week in it is going to remind me why it's nice in passing but not in continued practice. (I'm so glad the cookies made it. I was a little nervous that the UPS man would throw around the package, breaking M. Pheasant and crumbling the confections. Phew! Nothing to worry about at all.)
