Mhmmm. Yes. It's in the central area, not far from the fountain. You can't miss it. The smith there is exceptional, is well. My katana is a work of art.

Yes! I'm only experienced in forms, as I've never had a reason to really fight with one... Though I hope to get better, since I need to fight now.
