Well, I'm feeling significantly better today. I don't know, life is just a little weird in that everything seems on pause until I leave. And with the things I have left to do, it's easy to forget that there are a lot of people I won't be seeing after next Wednesday. For a good five or six months anyway

Speaking of deeper waters, I was coming across the bridge from Iowa to Illinois, and I almost got driven off the road and into the Mississippi River.

Somehow... that doesn't surprise me. You'd better not get in any accidents, bud. After all, we can't very well make the universe implode if you get yourself done in before we meet.

Maybe you should give up driving and just be a stay-at-home carpenter.
