i think i get what you are saying.

i am way too independent for my own good, but at the same time, i think, 'hey, a boyfriend would be nice to fall asleep beside right now...'

Yes, the independence is a good thing. But I look the security of having someone there. But I don't want that someone to be all up in my grill (yes, I just said that). Don't know what I want, but I'll know it when I have it/see it.
