That's the one thing I dispise about studies....they never show the "true" nature. Thus there is no such thing as an "average" Christian. It would be interesting if those numbers could show the different states, different incomes, and different age groups.......I bet you would see a big shift somewhere in there:)

even so....how many of those people Sleep with God, work with God, eat with God, and the like. I know God is all around me all the time, even though I don't actually "pray" all the time. I just feel like I am in a constant state of prayer. Which is why I am always confused when I try to figure out the "time to pray" aspect. God is only a thought away and I am always saying prayers.

If we read the words of Christ,He says we are to go into the world and make disciples. If we are to "make disciples" as the mission of the church; it leads the next thought to that of a personal one...how do I become a disciple of Christ. Is it more than just going to church on every Sunday of your life (although that is a part of spiritual growth); it is more than just saying that you are a disciple (I could say that I'm the President of the US but I cannot get my organist to play "Hail to the Chief" as I enter); and it is more than just believe that Christ is the Son of God (Scripture says that even the demons believe in this). So what do I do to become a disciple ( ... )
