Zelda was tired from the late night at the party and so when she called House to come over, it was with the assumption that he would have no problem with her being in "bed" on the sofa while she entertained him. She had been in her bed true and proper, but she knew that Daddy could not climb the stairs so she managed to go downstairs

House let himself in and held up the key. "Want me to keep this?" He smiled at her, going over to the couch to stroke back her hair briefly. "Not feeling so good today?"

"Please keep it?" Zelda asked, sipping slowly at her ginger ale. "I think I pushed myself too far, going to the party."

House pocketed the key. "Just tired, or is something else going on?" Like a possible problem with the baby.

"I am not sure. I feel tired today," Zelda said, shifting to sit up a little.
