Excellent concerts this season!

I'm going to get to work on stage crew for some amazing concerts at Verizon Wireless this summer: NIN, Bauhaus, Def Leppard & Journey, and Damian Marley. I don't care that much for Buffett & Dave Matthews, but they are fun shows to work because the crowds are so cool

They are coming July 3rd. That would be a great time to travel if you get the next day off.

In other news, I met a couple of people who know you while I was in Chicago last weekend. Meghan & Derek say hi!

fooey. i might be coming up to Chicago for the July 1 concert, although i'll be visiting friends there, instead of actually attending the concert. My friends who're driving up already got tickets, but forgot to tell me when they did so that they could get 3 together. (I'm hoping to catch the concert in Dallas, anyway.)

We'll see how it goes -- i might convince them into a detour thru Indiana. I have a 4yr-old nephew and a 1yr-old niece i haven't met yet.

*puzzlement* not sure who Meghan and Derek are/were.

Meghan is about your height, blonde, nicely curvy stature. She has done some middle-eastern dance in the past.

Derek has red hair, cut like an anime character. When he talks, his lower jaw looks odd for some reason, but there's no noticeable speech impediment. He's really good with a bo staff.

Hope that helps you place them. Let me know if you manage to get to Indy any time this summer. We'll at least have dinner or something.
