[Oogway can be found on Deck Fifteen, among a plethora of candles he's procured from various places and rooms. He's wedged them into cervices and sealed them in their own wax to rough stone walls. [Oogway offers Gideon an amused glance, coming down with grace so slow that, were it not so markedly fluid, would seem arthritic.]

Ah, you must be Gideon. It is good to finally meet, face to face.

[Though privately he's not sure why so many people here are naked apes. Ah, well, like the Valley of Peace with its Ducks and Swine, every place must have its conventions.]

[Toph steps out of the stairwell and instantly knows something's up with the caves. She can smell burning and candlewax. A light step and the briefest touch tell her the things are in and on the walls. She can't bend with them there. And whoever did it is still here.]

Hey! What'd you do to my-...

[She stops and sniffs. Tea. Really good tea. A sense of deja vu rolls over her and she edges forward. She starts again, a little quieter and more respectfully this time.]

Who're you?

[Oogway smiles at her temerity, little chuckles in the back of his throat inaudible to any but the most sensitive of ears.]

I am Master Oogway. Would you like some tea?

[As if it is of no consequence- maybe, to him, it isn't.] It is a style of fighting known as Tai Chi Chuan, or Kung Fu.

[Oogway bends to pour the tea into two cups standing beside the tea-stand. They are deceptively delicate-looking ceramic things in the Chinese style. He offers one to the girl, once they are filled with Tea and good-smelling steam.]

This is my own blend. It is a little different each time, so I cannot make any promises for it.

[Maintenance finished, the tortoise pours, and offers Splinter his choice of the two steaming cups]
