And to answer your question:

Faith, in my perception, means having a belief in something/ believing in something or someone.

Being faithful, well, being subordinate to those beliefs. IE: The movie "Unfaithful"; she wanted more ass, haha. Therefore, she slept with her side-lover and was dubbed unfaithful.

Basically, two different things. One is something you have and the other is something you do.

But if something is plentiful it means having plenty so faithful should mean having faith. Just an interestin play on words, or i think so.
