I swear, our hos are just getting cheeky now!

For those who don't know, I now live in a slightly-questionable development topped by highly questionable apartments.  We're at the very bottom of said development, about a mile from the complex, so it's not as bad as oh, say, the top of the neighborhood.  Still, we have issues with prostitutes.  There's ( Read more... )

Oh! oh! I have the Stone Rose audio book! And you're SO right about wanting to hear David doing Jackie! It's brilliant! He does the high-pitched london voice so well! And his Mickey...MWUAH!
What's really funny, if that the voice that's probably not at all like the real voice, is Rose! it's really funny, cause Billie actually had a slightly deeper voice than David! she has these...sort of undertones, that he just can't do, but bless him, he does try.
The scene between Mickey and the Doctor is gold, you can tell that David enjoys being the Doctor, even on audio. it's amazing how clear that scene was to me because of the anger and guilt in his voice, bloody brilliant.
And the ending, when Rose sees the statue all new....dawwwwwwww!!!!
Oh and as for the hoes...Lulz! sorry, but that was freakin halarious! hee

xD I ordered it about a week ago, so it should be in soon. I can't wait to hear it; I listened to a sample clip on the site I got it from, 'n from what I heard he was brilliant.

-snerk- I loved those scenes too much. The one with Mickey 'n the Doc because Rayner (sp?) got their characters perfectly (I'll be so glad when Mickey's back, even if it's only for an episode or two; I really miss him!), 'n the one with the new statue 'cause...well, yeah. Like I said: crack!fic fuel. xD

I think I'm just getting used to the hos, sad as it is, 'cause as much as it ticks me off, I'm still laughing when I think about it (worst part, I saw the car driving past again yesterday; if I catch 'em again I'll definitely have to call the cops).
