Haha, it's at the point where every time we go on a road trip in her new car, we mention Fidel at some point :)
We only have a couple of pictures, but they're from a particularly hilarious (and harrowing) night when we were driving home in an ice storm and the defroster wasn't working. After exhausting our supply of Kleenex, hats, gloves, and scarves to wipe the windshield down, we finally had to resort to using the only dry thing I had in my purse: a Kotex pantyliner. And wouldn't you know it, it worked AMAZING! They truly are super absorbent!
Hahahahha! I would have never thought of that! Ha XD
I only have a few pictures too. They're of this one day when we were on our way to some movie preview we got free tickets for. It's not a funny story or anything. But the photos are really lovely in black and white. She got some great shots of one of our friend all femme fatale looking, taking a smoke and me grinning really hard (rare occurrence). And some other good moments.
Hmmm. I'm not sure I've heard either of these. I'll check 'em ooot!
But yes...that is a strange phenomenon.
Sometimes it can be bittersweet...but it's alway snice when music serenades you back to a completely pleasant time with no ill memories...music is so....interesting, and powerful.
Those people, few and far in between that claim they don't like music are fucking androids.
I can recommend some songs. Mae- Tisbury lane, Sun, This is the last time, and Mistakes we knew we were making. Stars- The Big Fight, One more night, and Heart. :)
I love music. And people who don't just haven't found the right music yet. When I was really young I didn't really like music. But it's because I didn't like what i grew up hearing: Reggae, Smooooth Jazz, Pop, and Latin. When I discovered a whole world of Rock n' roll i changed so much.
