I would concur with your top 5, although I would probably put First Blood in the #5 spot. I really liked that episode. My favorite one-liner of the whole season came out of that episode. I am also of the same feeling as you, a little ennui with the series. I enjoyed last season but there was only one or two episodes that I got really excited about. The rest of them I watched, and thought, okay, that was nice, move on to another show. I'm still invested in the show though. It's been 12 years, not quitting now, just don't have the same excitement for it like I use to, same as you. I am looking forward to the new season, though, to see what they are going to do with Mary and Vincent. Just new Dean episodes will be nice to see. I'm ready for some new Dean in my life right now.
Yeah there were some fun moments and all, but no episodes themselves really 100% stood out. It took me some time looking through my past recaps to come up with these ones. I also feel like I'm in it until the end as well, though I have to be honest I wish they would allow it to end rather than dragging it on forever. I'd really rather just watch the old ones every week sometimes! I'd also like to see Jensen in another role, though obviously I love him as Dean.
