I am loving Justified this season! I really like Winona, but I feel like the same things that messed them up are still there under the surface and if they couldn't get past it then, they're not going to be able to get past it now. Also, her main problem with Rayland seems to be that he's a U.S. Marshall and he wouldn't be him if he wasn't a U.S. Marshall... so where does that leave them?

Aaaaaaand I just really, really, really love Ava and would love to see them get back together down the line.

You just said everything I was thinking about them as a couple. Ava is so awesome. I was concerned last season how they were going to keep her around but I'm enjoying seeing her and Boyd live together and how they both get under Rayland's skin in different ways. I do think Ava and Rayland will more towards each later in the season.

My brother called and yelled for like 14 minutes about how great Justified is and how I need to watch it and how much he loves it and something something else..

SO SHOULD I WATCH IT?

Justified is a legit great show. But it all depends on what you enjoy to watch: if you enjoy well drawn characters, setting as a character (it's set in Kentucky and it feels like it), complicated relationships, and the occasional shootout, I say give it a chance. The show starts off with a bang but it also has a slow burn into the larger plot--last season's finale was some of the best television I've watched--and this season the beginning of a great arc as well and a truly terrifying villain.

But if drama isn't your thing then I don't know how much you'll enjoy it. I would watch the very first episode and if you enjoy it then definitely keep on watching it, if you're slightly intrigued watch the episode in the first season with the dentist and if you don't like it by then, then it may not be fore you. If you don't mind jumping into the second season without watching the first, then this season just started up and the first episode of this season and others are floating around.

Awesome! The main character is the same guy who was the villain in the recent Live Free Die Hard movie. I don't know if you saw that movie, but it was interesting to see him be someone so different.
