He will have the compulsion to "grant" them, of course, but will not do so unless the person knows what their true wish is, or unless he thinks they are capable of granting it themselves. (ex. True Wish: Uhhh it would be something along the lines of "no other child would have to go through what I did," which was sort of his whole purpose for being Batman, n'stuff. So, no more children orphaned due to rampant crime.
He probably has a few bad days where he has more selfish wishes, like being able to be active as Batman again, or seeing the rest of the Batfamily again, but I wouldn't call any of those his 'true wish,' and neither would he.

Most Important Person: His father, hands down. It's proved in canon ofeten that they look after each other more than anything, and will choose the other hapiness over their own. He is an appable char but in the game and the change to get a Burt Hummel Player are really low, d'aw :c
True Wish: Kurt is 16, at this age one wishes many things and few important ones so, mostly he wants people aknowledge his talent and find someone that likes him for who he is.

Most Important Person: I'm torn between Cloud and Zack--Zack for the two-year relationship they had that was really important to her, Cloud because of everything that happened with him and the fact that Case of Lifestream has her calling him her "beloved" and symbol of everything she needs to protect. I'd probably go with Cloud (handmedownhero) with Zack (hero_1stclass) as a very very close second and honestly she was following Cloud because he reminded her of Zack at first so who knows if she could even be sure which one Kamui is reminding her of, HAVE FUN WITH THIS? Gaaawd FFVII.
True Wish: To see the Planet/Gaia safe and protected. SEE BELOW?
Anything else: HERP DERP so after talking with one of the mods (actually a few weeks ago, I just didn't think of the wishes thing until now), Aerith actually knows/HIGHLY HIGHLY suspects the Planet really was destroyed because certain facts about the released reports line up with the argument she remembered having with the Planet about tossing all the humans out. Most Important Person: Uuuuuuhm...hurr, that's a bit difficult to say, but I'm going with Blue Oak. /o/ Technically speaking, he's Red's rival in every sense of the word, and is also a jerk in every sense of the word...but he used to be Red's best friend, too. In the end, he still genuinely cares about his wellbeing, despite everything.
True Wish: To outdo Blue and be the very best Trainer there is! To put that in a basic sense. /o/ Actually, Red's already outdone Blue, and all things considered he's become a pretty elite Trainer, so those abovementioned wishes aren't quite as...urgent as they might have been for him say, a year ago. He'd still like to become even better than he is already, though. Second to these first two wishes, he'd also like to see everything there is to see in the world that he can - mostly due to his own constant burning curiosity, more than anything else.
