granted, it's about 3 inches tall, so no big thing, BUT there is a picture of me hanging onthe wall, in a gallery at the smithsonian's hirshhorn museum from the oliver herring TASK performance piece i got to be a part of in april. a tiny one. but, i mean, i can say my picture is hanging in the smithsonian, two floors below the knockout amazing ( Read more... )

it was a photo the museum took of me participating in a performance art piece, of sorts, called TASK. it was coordinated/dreamed up by the german artist oliver herring, and there were about 50 of us who were chosento be in it on april 29th. so the photo to which i was referring is just in documentation of that day. but still, i've never had ANYTHING of mine in the smithsonian before, so it's a start. haha.

HOLY HOLY FRICKIN CRAP MAGGIE DOOD!!!!! THAT IS BEAUTIFUL. I AM GOING TO SEE IT AND I AM GOING TO BE SO PROUD AND POINT AND TELL EVERYONE WITHIN EARSHOT THAT THAT IS MY DEAR FRIEND IN THAT PHOTO AND SHE IS THE SHIT!
