My Poor Oz

Oz passed away last night at the vet's office. He had eaten something he shouldn't have and couldn't keep anything down. He became dehydrated. While at the vets he had a seizure and it was too much for his weak body to take and they believe he had a heart attack. I will miss him so much. He brought so much joy and laughter to our lives. I don't even know what to say. I can only begin to imagine what it would be like losing one of my babies. You loved him immensely and gave him a great life, albeit an unfairly shortened one. Try to take solace in the fact that not many dogs get to live the great life you give yours.

Thanks. I like to think I did give him a happy life. He was certainly well traveled. :)

Awww. I'm really sorry to hear that. How old was Oz?

He was 6.

Dang, he wasn't even all that old. I'm really sorry to hear about his passing away. I remember the times I dogsat him and Sophie... he'll be missed.

And when I say "he wasn't even all that old", I mean he was actually fairly young. That was worded badly.

So sorry to hear that. I dread the day I lose my cat, he's like 14 now.
