When I went to the doctor, I weighed 150 because I was bloated. Too much salt intake. I keep trying to weigh myself this morning, but I can't get anywhere near the scale. No problem sweetie! Glad I could help. I currenlty don't follow a STRICT diet plan (because those never work for me) but I do follow low-carb eating...that is low REFINED carb. I still eat whole wheat bread, potatoes, etc. but I cut out the sugars. And if you notice, a lot of "fat-free" stuff is loaded with sugar. I also just generally try to eat healthy, vegetables, fruit, etc. and try to stay away from processed foods. However, a lot of low-carb foods are processed like that (for example the low-carb bars), but I only have 1 a day as a snack, so I think it's okay.
