I applied to Georgia State and as a unconventional student (or whatever they call it) I have to take a test called the Compass, and probably the SAT too.
I forgot how bad I am at math. I am really really really really really really bad at math. Unless it's calculating tips in my head.
Any suggestions?

this website seems to be mostly about preping for that exam: http://www.testprepreview.com/compass_practice.htm
maybe it will help you?
plus, calculating percentiles is actually a skill most people find hard to do, so at least you know you've got that one down!
SAT has free prep websites as well; same website.

Math almost killed my Degree... I had to take General Math, then Algebra I... then the Bastards were going to make me take Algebra II in my Bachelors Program... but after some research, found out I could take (another) Statistics class - (which means I'll take 2) - which I have heard, can be just as SUCKY* There is a Light at the End of the Tunnel However my Dear Lady, & this is why I am responding...
There is an online tutoring service that SAVED MY ASS... Here is there website: http://www.tutorvista.com
I swear to my Godhead~ I thought I was going to lose my Mind. 27 weeks in a row of continuous torture (including one Failed class)~ I was intellectually raped by numbers... UGH*
Tutor Vista will save your Sweetness... It's cool, they are in India. There is an online chalkboard & they'll help you with anything. It costs some money, so set some aside so you can truly take advantage.
Hope this helps... good luck! x0x Keep us posted! LVX~X0X
