[ooc: setting up shop + all your other plotting needs!]
City! Yuuko's been mod!cleared to set up shop here, but first there are a couple of canon info that needs to be addressed. THERE ARE MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD FOR THE NATURE OF YUUKO'S SHOP.

Now, what is her business exactly, you might ask. Well, tl;dr aside, Ichihara Yuuko grants wishes. Be it your one heart's desire or help overcoming an addiction or just some plain old advice, she grants them! FOR A FAIR PRICE. Which can range anything from a lock of hair to ALCOHOL/SNACKS to, uh, servitude for an indeterminable amount of time. But that really only applies to Watanuki. XD (For City-balance purposes, all wishes will need to be cleared beforehand, but this shouldn't be a problem as I foresee this ability to be mainly for lawls and some in-City plotty needs.) One catch though, there are some people who don't need her services and as such, will not be able to see her shop. Are you one of these people? Read on to find out! (and after you find out, please comment and let me know b/c mun is not as full of awesome as Yuuko and thus will not know unless told.)
Here's the deal: If your character is one of those "never say die" people who would continue searching for an answer to anything even if they were told, by a person who they believed and would be considered an authority on the issue, that it was impossible, they would do it anyways... well, you folk have no need for Yuuko. Therefore you won't be able to see the shop. Now, that's not to say that you can't still jump her for wishes; it just means that where everyone else will see this, you lucky people just see a cleared out space with a nice fence around it. :Db
THAT BEING SAID. I know that the description is ambiguous (o CLAMP), so if you're not sure and you'd like your character to see the shop, I don't mind! It's all good~ And I will be throwing Yuuko out into the City, so also feel free to jump her anytime.
For plotty purposes, there are also ways that characters who can't see the shop can gain the ability to see the shop in LIFE OR DEATH situations. Just ask Doumeki. Just a heads-up to keep in mind IF YOU SO WISH.
So, let me know if you can/can't (mostly if you can't, since I'm assuming the default is that you can.) ALSO POST IS OPEN FOR ANY OTHER PLOT NEEDS. :D
EDIT FOR ALL YOU MAGICAL/SUPERNATURAL CREATURES: So we've established that CLAMP likes to be odd and iffy... and so it appears that Yuuko's shop makes "exceptions" for supernatural creatures. Demon, spirits, other magical beings... so if you'd like to be an exception and still be able to see her shop even if you're a die-hard-go-at-it kinda personality, go for it? Drop by for tea/sake or something; I really don't mind! Also, as this is the City, magical/supernatural is up to your own mun interpretations. (i.e. Homunculi, supernatural or close enough to human to sorta count? Up to you~)
