Just spent an hour and a half on the internet instead of cuddling my baby in bed to try to figure out how to position this medela orthodontic nipple in Sylvie's mouth. Keep breastfeeding her, it's okay. It's tough to add the bottle as well b/c of potential nipple confusion. Donnie took the bottle, but now he doesn't, which is scaring me b/c I go back to work in January!!! He needs to take it since he'll be with his grandmother. But, keep bfing anyway. I don't know what to tell you since I'm going through the same thing.

Oh, yeah, definitely continuing breastfeeding- I just want her to be able to drink my pumped milk while i'm at work. We have a long road of pumping ahead of us, but at least we'll still be nursing when I get home and at night. But bottlefeeding her breastmilk sounds a lot easier than cup feeding for my hubby. I think she's past the worry of nipple confusion at 7 weeks- she just wants my nipples only!

I can certainly understand. Donnie's not taking the bottle when I leave him with his grandmother. It's freaking me out big-time!!! I admit that he does sleep with us and he'll suckle to get himself to sleep. It's just so easy if I let him do it that way.
