It is on rare occasion that I am able to channel inspiration into half-decent writing. As I was reading through my personal journal tonight, I found one entry - inspired by John Eldridge's Epic - that is worthy of repeating here:

I didn't write the date, so I don't know for sure. It was sometime in the last couple of months. I don't think it meant as much to me when I wrote it as it did when I found it again later.
