HEY, YOU GUYS WANNA KNOW MORE ABOUT ME?

Like; Dislike

I love the rumbling purr of a cat in my lap,

Warmth on a chilly morning,

The secrets of Spain, the mystery of Mexico,

And the epic feel of Lord of the Rings.

I love the thump-thump of my heart as Olympians

go for the gold,

The howling of wolves,

The stillness of night,

And the charming Cajun grin of Remy LeBeau (AKA ( Read more... )

Aw, I already knew those things about you :(

No, I've seen that commercial too! In fact, I have probably recorded it to analyze its marketing techniques (hobby of mine).

I love that commercial! But no one in Japanese had seen it but me...

So what do you think about it's marketing techniques?

How silly.

It's pretty typical of Jimmy John's commercials in general; it's technique is humor in that there is a dire situation, and all it takes is a sandwich to solve a massive problem, like Godzilla or an angry chairman. The parody of a typical salaryman's office was also very clever and well-done, I think; You don't know what they're saying but get the same feeling of the other advertisements.

Part of why I love that commercial is because I can understand some of what they're saying!

On the phone, the guy is like, "Jimmy John's! Come quickly!" and then at the end, he's like, "Jimmy John's: Fast!"

I have pretty much no idea what they're saying in the Spanish version though. XD

I just think they're really boring.

I think they should be saved, and that the Norwegians and Japanese need to stop hunting them...

but they're boring...

Yeah, guess they're not as fun as dolphins.
Whale song/speak is so cool, though.
