Excellent! I don't thin kthat I had such a bad break as yours - no pins - but there came a point at which the more that I did things, even if it hurt a bit, the faster the pain went away. If i didn't exercise regularly, it tended ti stiffen - but are you getting physio advice?
Thanks. I broke it quite thoroughly and am still doing physio though now only once a week. I'm lucky enough to have found a physiotherapist who specialises in musicians and plays violin and flute herself, so she's great at getting my hands into the right positions (mainly by dipping in hot wax and manipulating.) You're right about the more you do the faster it gets better - and it certainly stiffens if I don't do things.
