Tonight I am going to rant about the weather...so no history tonight.

On Thursday last St. Louis got a lovely combination of sleet and snow, it started in the early morning hours and went through to the Friday morning rush hour.  Sleet, small round balls of frozen rain, sort of like marbles.  Try walking on marbles, or driving on marbles.  The

Hugs - weather is horrible here too but one advantage to ireland is horrible means it is wet, windy and warm (about 9 deg C)

Ireland sounds so lovely. Do you all ever have snow? Right now the temperature is dropping and tomorrow's rush hour is going to not so fun. One of the joys of retirement is going to be waking up, looking out the window and knowing that I am not going to have to get out in snow, sleet, freezing rain or nasty stuff like that. And yes I have much to keep me busy when I am no longer working. More on that later. Take care now friend Kate.
