Hurray! I finally made a perfect London Broil. I'm mostly writing this recipe here for me to refer back to, but I thought I'd post it for anyone else who'd like to give it a shot. We don't have a real broiler, we just have an oven that only uses the top coil for broiling. I don't know how this would work in a real broiler ( Read more... )

Yeah, I do a lot of it these days... Home cooking that is. I've gotten into a bit of a recipe rut lately, so I think I need to find some new ones to spice things up a bit.

Hm, I'm not sure. I would assume so. I think the marinading and the time would work the same.

And I made a correction above: it was on the top rack. I was thinking it would be too close to the coil, but it wasn't, so I moved it up there before I started cooking.
