So the states can't wait untill next January after a confirmed recounting of the species? I mean gray wolf populations have been booming especially in Montana which is the state I'm guessing is putting this move out there and pushing it along. The celebrities that are making it thier new flocking ground don't want thier precious horses attacked any more, haha, fucking hypocrites. The only people allowed to cull the population should be the tribes that are left in these areas, but even that should have a close federal restrictions regulating it. Not to mention if they really wanted to bring down the population they would put limits on only killing males, most males even an alpha of a pack will not cause to big of a population hit but curb the more violent tendencies that may be causing the states to go against a federal law. Whereas you have the case here where some dumbfuck can kill a mother of a wolfpack and fuck over her 2-4 offspring back with the rest of her family. I don't remember if gray wolves are monogamous like other species ( ... )
