I got up early this morning!! It was later than I'd wanted, but I'd gone to bed later than I should have, so it worked out. I was able to walk/jog on the treadmill for 20 min. and then do some crunches and push ups before getting ready. Not exactly an exhausting work out, but not bad for my first day of early rising. I'm determined to keep this
