I am so sick of getting e-mails every morning telling me that I'm not doing good enough. That DOES NOT inspire me to work. It just makes me want to take a shower, blow off work and go look for another job. Hell, I'd be happier working 65 hours a week at a retail job that I liked than having to go though this crap every day ( Read more... )

I don't know how many stars you got on your review, but no one was supposed to get fives, did Aaron tell you? Ask him about Garet's silly rating system. I have no idea what sort of comments were involved (I suppose you could have one star with "you suck" but I find it unlikely...) but don't beat yourself up too hard about not getting a perfect score on the skewed scale!

Heh, yeah. I have a feeling that when my review DOES come, I'm going to get screwed out of any kind of raise. I earned $150 in Feb that hasn't come yet, but I don't want to push my luck by asking for it.
