[Although Squall's a little shorter than him they still knock shoulders, hard. It's an automatic reaction for the taller male to bring up Hyperion as soon as he's regained his balance, but then he sees who exactly bumped into him and his eyes slowly narrow as his lips twist into a scowl. It can't be hard to see the accusing look in his hard expression as he glares at none other than the Commander himself

[Seifer's not sure what surprises him more, the fact that Squall threw a punch without warning and it actually connected or the fact that it took very little from Seifer to set him off when it normally took a while to piss the commander off.

This has to be a new record. It is glorious, just as glorious as the bright pain that explodes along the left side of his cheek and jaw. Huh. Who know Squall could even land a hit as hard as that because shit, that fucking hurt. He had to have bitten the inside of his cheek because it's stinging fiercely.

Hyperion drops noisily to the ground and Seifer staggers a few steps. The left side of his face is throbbing pretty badly. So Leonhart can throw a punch like a real man and not a girl after all...

It's enough to almost throw him off but nope, Seifer's still on top. He shakes his head to shake out the dizziness from the hit. Bringing his fist back Seifer grabs Squall by his necklace chain and the collar of his shirt, dragging him up as he throws a punch of his own.

[That punch definitely throws him for a minute and reaching out blindly he grabs Seifer right back by the coat with both hands. What the hell does he even say to that? King of the world? He wished. He was stranded in the future in charge of a Garden with people and political situations he didn't fully understand or know. And yet somehow he was expected to lead them and keep them from tearing eachother apart over petty squabbles. He didn't even know where his future self was. For all he knew he was dead!

Something snapped at that. He would never complain, but he was sick of everyone telling him he had nothing to worry about simply because he was Commander. Things weren't that easy!]

[Surprisingly enough Squall actually raises an arm to block that punch. Yanking on Seifer's coat he's going to throw his weight to try and roll them over.

[Now Seifer's on his back on the ground and Squall's on top. The first punch connects, painfully. If the headbutt hadn't broken his nose then that punch such as fuck did. The second punch connects and there's more swelling along his cheek from it. Third punch is when Seifer finally pushes through the hazy disorientation beginning to settle over him and he blocks it, barely, knocking Squall's arm away.

He's quick to then throw a punch of his own for the commander's jaw, awaiting the sweet victory of feeling his knuckles crash into the hard bone there.]
