[Picking up the latest newsletter was probably one of his biggest mistakes yet - not counting his involvement with Ultimecia years ago of course. Seifer's read through most of the articles and stares down at the bold title of 'War Criminal to Face Possible Retribution: Seifer Almasy Case'. So many thoughts race through his mind, so many emotions (

What's next a knight hunt? He's not inclined to have it.
He's a little caught up in his own thoughts so he doesn't notice Seifer immediately- bump. ...Well this can't be good.]

Seifer goes to irritably shake off Champloo's hand but it looks like he doesn't need to when Squall's already doing it for the both of them. With Squall momentarily distracted that's when Seifer goes to buck his body and try to roll them again, grabbing onto that fucking ridiculous furry collared jacket that Seifer can't stand for some leverage.]

This course of the meal has ended! It would be rude to chase the servers into the kitchen for seconds when a fresh dish is on the way.

Her brows knit, Quistis chooses to follow the sound; after all, it could be a cadet in need of help. The yelling continues to grow louder as she follows the path, and she's sure that she can make out two distinct voices now-- distinct and familiar. Dread seems to seep into her body and her feet pick up their pace as she shifts into a full out sprint ( ... )

[ Well, you can bet that if Claire had been around, it definitely wouldn't have gotten this far. Since she wasn't, wading into this whole mess just now and sporting a look of extreme displeasure will have to do. Without a hint of hesitation, she just grabs hold of the closest of the two fighters - Squall - and deliberately drags him straight back, in a way that's sure to offer practically no chance at all of him resisting-- especially with how freaking strong she is. Sorry, Commander. ]

He's not going to say anything though. ...It's exactly what it looks like. And he's not sorry either ohgod he is such a five year old idne.]

His nose hurts, a lot. Definitely broken. His entire head hurts; it's like neither of them bothered with throwing jabs at the chest or gut, they just went straight for each other's faces.]
--the hell did you all come from?
[His voice is hoarse from having a screaming match with the commander, but Seifer pushes himself up onto his elbow and then slowly rolls on a wince to get up to his feet, stumbling at the rush of blood to his head and bout of dizziness.
Hope none of you mind a weak glare..! ...as Seifer wipes at the blood on his upper lip on the sleeve of his coat and out comes a string of swearing as he bumps his nosemotherfuc-sonofabit-fuc-]

[It's a sincere warning, for all that it's... well, Champloo.]

We're going somewhere where you can explain yourself. [There's obviously no room for question in her tone. At the moment, all she knows is that the best thing to do is to get the two riled up males away from one another.]

In any case, despite her hold on Squall remaining firmly in place, it's not him she's particularly worried about. Her eyes are right on Seifer, jumping only briefly to Quistis; with her own history, from what she knows she's not a fan of the young man at all, and she's prepared to take further action at a moment's notice. Hopefully that won't be necessary though, with both Quistis and that other guy stepping in. Especially in front of the small crowd gathered.
And considering Squall has temporarily relieved himself of the right to be listened to in her eyes, turning to Quistis instead seems like the reasonable choice. ]
I think a trip to the headmaster's office is probably in order...
[ She keeps her voice just loud enough to be heard, dangerously even, and pausing just long enough to look again at her impromptu charge, wrinkling her nose slightly at the sight of his bashed-up face. ]
... After getting someone from the infirmary to take a look here.

...You can let go Instructor. I won't do anything.

Great--just like old times again, havin' you as a personal sitter.
[Lucky for Squall, though, that Seifer didn't see that twitch in his lips or he would have tried to knock it off of him.]

[She takes a step forward to Seifer, her gaze hard and the corners of her lips curled into a stern frown.]

[ Volume level? Still quiet, and probably just enough for him to hear this time. She'll let go though, technically, after giving him a short tug in the direction of getting away from here; her hand is kept raised, because frankly, she'll be pretty surprised if he can still see very well. Her focus is just on breaking up this entire thing as soon as possible. ]

Touching his swelling cheek he can't help, but smirk on a microscopic level. Even though that sort of hurts, ow. Seifer still hits as hard as ever. He follows Claire.]
