Yes she is (at least in my warped AU) ... :) I have a feeling this is going to continue to come fast and furious (though not "The Fast and the Furious" although a Vin Diesel cameo has great comic potential now that I think about it) ... I literally find myself getting up in the middle of the night to jot ideas in what I've now dubbed my "fanfic notebook." Yes, I'm going insane. :p
LOL, I have so many ideas for when I actually get everyone to Vegas. It's such a crazy place that pretty much anything can happen. I hadn't really thought about including cheesy celebs til this exchange, but will definitely consider it. Just picturing a Ron reaction to "Coochie coochie coochie" makes me giggle. :p
And I'm glad I'm not the only one who has a fanfic notebook :)
Just wanted to let you know that I'm definitely looking forward to reading this. I keep seeing it on my flist and it's such a tease! However, I want to read Friendly Fire first and I just haven't had a chance. Evil holidays!
You read fanfic at work??? Slacker. :ppppp (And for your information I did not post this at work. Nope, I'm on my "break".) Seriously, I hope you enjoy reading my silly little fics.
Yay! It was Fred and Hermione. :P Thank you. I'm pretty sure you could've gone the other way - and had Fred the one being married young etc - but even if you'd planned on having it be Fred all along, thanks. :P
And erm. Yeah. lol. I'm also a bit of a Fred/Hermione shipper. :P I do love my Dramione way more, but yeah. :P
I'm of course liking this chapter. How can I not? :P Very good, can't wait for more.
Oh it was always Fred :) -- I definitely think I have a Fred/Hermione fic in me, although I hesitate because I think the twins are really difficult to write. With the other characters, they're not necessarily supposed to be funny, so it somehow makes it easier to bring humor to their characters. But because Fred and George are so clever and funny in canon I'm really intimidated in trying to get them right.
In any case, we are in total agreement. I'd say the Fred/Hermione ship ranks second for me. I think it's a less extreme version of the "opposites attract" dynamic that makes Draco/Hermione appealing to me. The reason that pair is number one is probably because of the added "redemption" factor that I find intriguing. I actually think who a person ships says something about their personality. It would be interesting to do a critical analysis of fanfic ships in the HP universe, I wonder if anyone has done it.
Very true. I've only written one Fred/Hermione story, and it was very short. :P And erm, not canon. :P
I think so too. About the ships a person has saying something about their personalities I mean. I think so too. I personally haven't seen one, but maybe there are some. But like, private for just that person's flist or something...
