So i started taking a daily multi vitamin a week ago and i can't believe what a gigantic difference it has made in my energy level. I've been able to keep up with my work out routine, 100 sit ups a night and aerobics/belly dancing for an hour. That is a big improvement to a few weeks back when i would get winded just going up a flight of stairs!  ( Read more... )

Yay, I'm glad to hear this. I'm about to start prenatal vitamins for the very same reason, to feel better! (prenatal because I need to help my hair out too.)
