PERSONALITY: The first impression that characters normally have of Beatrice is that she is cruel. Cruel, fickle, inhumane, and cold. She uses others for her own goals, not even showing hesitation to kill or trick someone--if only to get what she wants. However, another part of Beatrice’s personality is that she is also indeed deceiving in many ways.

”But, isn’t it fine if they come back...? No matter how many times they die, I can repair them endlessly. Aren’t humans fine as long as everything turns out okay?”

In reality, Beatrice can be naive, childish, emotional, and far too proud for her own good. The fact that she could kill others easily comes with the fact that humans can be brought back as easily as they are killed. It’s just a like a toy. Isn’t a child okay with breaking their things, as long as they can fix it right after...? At the canonpoint I will be playing her from, she has come to somewhat learn the value of a human life. However, she still understands that as long as she carries the art of endless magic, repairing a broken object is of little problem for her.

”......... I created this tale to be with you, Battler. For each new story, I’ll play any role you want. Whether it be a cruel witch, a rival, a lover, or a wife....”

To say that Ushiromiya Battler is the one who influences Beatrice--who motivates her--would be a complete and total understatement. A part of Beatrice was literally born for his sake--for the sake of being loved by him, and loving him. For the sake of being acknowledged by him. A part of her was literally born for the sake of being his perfect match. However, at the canon point I will be playing her from, he has yet to learn of her purpose, and will continue carrying the act of a cruel witch in order to push him to find that very truth. He is her opponent and rival.

Beatrice is also playful, charismatic, and although she has a habit of being far too dramatic for her own good--she seemingly does not prefer a far too serious atmosphere at times. For example, in Episode 4, when Batlter was trying to scold her and speak with her seriously, Beatrice continued to try to laugh and joke around with him. However, at the same time, she can be quite fickle and easy to anger and sadden. Although she teases others quite a bit, and will not hesitate to play pranks on others--she does not react well to being the victim of a joke, and will often throw a fit as a reaction to such things.

If there is anything she will try to prevent, it’s boredom. Boredom is a poison that can kill a witch, and therefore, she will find means to entertain herself--even if it’s at the expense of another.

Although Beatrice can get carried away when it comes to things like her own pranks and games--she does carry respect for her opponents. An example of this can be shown with Erika and Battler. She will not hesitate to mock or make fun of others, but she will show a certain amount of respect for others in an odd way.

She is also quite affectionate to those she’s close to, or is fond of. However, as said, she will always tease and jab at others without hesitation--but she can act kindly at times. Although these kind acts are usually quite whimsical. For the most part, when offering something, she will want something in exchange.
